Here, at Idaho's Sugar Bush, we pride ourselves in quality unique maple syrup! We harvest maple sap from the Idaho Big Tooth Maple trees. This differs from the common syrup that comes from Sugar Maple trees. These Big Tooth Maple trees produce a unique maple flavor that cannot be described!  Just taste it for yourself and you will see! 

We also tap Box Elder trees here in our small local town in Idaho.  Box Elder trees produce a delicious syrup that is unique and can only be described by experiancing it! if you don't like traditional maple syrup then you need to try this! If you do enjoy traditonal syrup then you should really like this syrup as well!
